Calling a CA is never a good idea. However, someone will probably be along to give you the number. If you feel you MUST communicate with a CA, then written communication, and a paper trail is the way to do it. Certified/return receipt, of course.

Sherman is a scum bad debt buyer. If they have one of your accounts, it could be passed the SOL.
