I don't know if they get an arbitration award
against you if you were never served but they
might and then you will really be screwed
because you will NO defense. At least if you
file a refusal they may back off, if you don't they
will have you exactly where they want you.

They don't know where you work but they know
where you live and I think they will eventually
catch you there.
