civil suit

i got a notice by a sherrif that i will be sued in a civil court if i do not contact the lawyer in 20 days and pay the amount due which is 7000 this is for a credit card debt that is mine and only mine i want to know if they can touch my husbands and my bank account and anything else we own together i was the only user on the card live in pa
