Hi All.
My current scores are (632EX,606EQ,587TU). My husbands are lower, mid 500's. We've been working on these scores for about 8 months now and they have come up slowerly over time.
The lowest, TransUnion insists on reporting a dispute the others have deleted, i have an ongoing dispute w/ them.
In the meantime we've been trying to get a home loan. My question is, what's the best way (besides waiting more) to get my scores up? My mid-score needs to be around 630-650 to qualify us for a conventional loan, which is what we want/need.

My last report was pulled about 3-4 weeks ago. I know the score goes up with time (while it 'seasons' my lender says). We haven't allowed anyone to pull the CR since then & for past months haven't applied for any new lines of CR. All accounts are paid on-time and report as such. What else can i do to get them up 20-30 points? How long will it take to get there if we just wait it out?

Thanks.
