I used this company, gave them around $1500 to do nothing!!! All they did was get the calls to stop, which I know now that I could have done with my own C and D letter. There is one a Whychats website. They never settled one account, most of my creditors would not work with them. I found this forum, and fired them 10 months into the deal. The people on here can help you as much as this company. Do not believe they will "stop the creditors in their tracks" because 6 months into their program, I had 2 of my creditors sueing me. They were my original Creditors, so I called and settled with them before we went to court. I just think this company is a scam, instead of paying them, I would save the money and do the paperwork myself, and follow the advise of people like jkelly, whychat, ladynred, and others on this board. Don't throw your money away!!!!
