FINALLY - thank you to all (Boad, Cat, JKelly, Lady, Why) - had trial today. Never even made it before the judge. They (ASSet's atty) wrote an order of dismissal, had it entered and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. I would never have known to proceed the way I did without all the great help here. I hope everyone takes the advice doled out here and fights these ASSholes. P.S. Thanks especially to Keyser for his wonderful commentaries throughout the past couple of months.
