I can answer your 1st 3 questions, I will let the pros like jkelly, lady, or whychat answer the last two. 1. I don't know if there is a list, but I know Texas is debtor friendly, and Florida, those are the only to I know much about, you can scroll down to the NEWBIE read this post and go to whychats website, there is a list of every state and their laws on there. 2.There is no difference they are all SCAMS!!! 3.From what I read, you will end up in bankruptcy quicker using one of these companys than you would doing it yourself. Your creditors figure if you have the money to pay the debt companies, you should be able to pay them. Like I said the other two questions, I will let the pros answer.
