Send the A$$(O)LES the SOL letter, linked below. Send the followup letter to the CRA, include copies of your filed complaint to the FTC against A$$(O)LE, together with a paragaph stating that the account has not been noted as in dispute, as required by the FCRA, and you will add (name of CRA) to a follow up dispute to the FTC if they fail to correct or delete the account.
