URSI was the first CA to get my OLD Citibank acct. - I just ignored them and the acct. got transferred to NCO, then to Capital Management, then back to NCO. Now it is out of SOL and NCO is now REAL desperate because they are having Crap 1 send me "offers" for a new Visa card... oh, and of course, with the OLD Citibank balance on it!

I wouldn't try to "work" anything out with a CA - best thing is to ignore them but keep everything they mail you - I kept every collection letter I received on this Citibank acct. and now I have iron-clad proof that the acct. is beyond SOL. Now they are out of luck as far as getting a single cent from me!
