The SOL letter is a C&D as well as notification that you know they're on a fishing expedition. What you also need to do is file a complaint with the FTC, the IL Atty General, and the AG or your state. SCAMCO was recently slapped by the FTC, big fine, but they're back to their old tricks and the FTC needs to know this.
