Just learning; I have a chronic illness and I will never be well enough to hold down a job...so I don't have to worry about the good job part..Both of my Parents are ill, my father has Alzheimer's and my mother has Hashimoto's and a heart condition,so they probably won't have money left to leave me when they pass...I think I only have about two or three years on the SOL...if I file BK , I'll have to wait another 7 yrs. I guess right now I'm doing BK the Budd Hibbs way. If some of these jerks seriously come after me then I will have no choice but to file.
