I live in a mobilehome that was built in 1972,i have a car thats 1992,i have 6 shares of stock to try and save for retirement(i'm57 and nothing saved)and used furniture.I bought a car in 1995 & it was repoed in 97,i tried to make payments this yr but i don't make alot of money ($12,00.00 yr.I live from pay check to pay check like alot of others do.the collection agency told me they were going to contest this bankruptcy and sue me take evrything i own.If i were married and i had a husband to help me out i would be able to pay it but i don't.They told me they were going to run some kind of check to see what my assets were i said go ahead i have NOTHING.Just how far can they go before invaiding your privatcy??
