i bought a car in 95 & because i lost my job and a bunch of other reasons they repoed the car in 97,after all this time i heard NOTHING from about this car,they claim they sold the car(& probly did)i have been living in the same address for 8yrs no one contacted me.so i'm assuming the collection agency bought the loan & now are after me telling me they will call my job(& they did)told me they were going to serve me with court papers at my job ( they never did)they told me theres a suit against me but i have not recieved any papers, so i had no choice but to file bankruptcy,my lawyer told them NOT to call me anymore they have called me 4times after he told them not to and they hung up on my lawyer.I am so uneasy all the time i'm waiting for someone from this agency to come to my job & hassel me there.I hate going to work.I have no husband so i have to work and can't afford to change jobs..all of them are blood suckers..
