Sounds like they can't validate and they are trying too make you do it for them. I WOULD NOT ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS. THE BURDEN OF PROOF IS ON THEM. Is this First Resolution? I think I remembr your posts.
Wait for Why Chat or at least someone who has been to court to answer. Boadicea is very good at this stuff too. I have never been to court.
