State-Missouri
CA-First Resolution
SOL-not sure. pulled my credit report and there is
nothing on there about this debt, but in the court
papers filed by the attorney they list the charge
off as 12/ 2000 in one place and then as 10/2000
in another. SOL is 4 years via borrowing statute
as I lived in OH until 6/2001.
Court is not small claims. Amount was over $1800
Interrogetories were not stamped although there
was a certificate of mailing attached and each of
the 3 documents stated I had to respond in 30
days.
How do I know if the court has agreed to
discovery? Do I call them and see if they have a
request for discovery, admission and
interrogator
