RJM Acquisitions

On my credit reports, RJM Acquisitions is showing as a charge-off of $509 on Experian & Trans Union. It shows acct was opened Aug 2002 & was reported in May 2004. It also has derog dates of Jan, Feb, march, & May of 2004. None of this shows on my Equifax report. I've never heard of them & want to dispute it but am afraid they may add it back. What should I do?
