Opt out. That will help prevent any "old" accounts from resurfacing later on, especially when you go to apply for a car loan or a mortgage.

I wouldn't file for BK in your case, especially if you only have 2 more years to go AND all the accts. are out of SOL - best to just hang in there.

Make sure you opt out though...
