phone calls

started an acct in 1998 in PA, a debt consolidation company screwed me with pymts to my MBNA. so technically i stopped paying in late2002, early 2003. Cambece took over threatening to sue me in early Feb 04 (I now know they don't mean it)

Moved home and the phone calls followed me here. Now MBNA is calling but i'm never home to take the calls. What does this mean? have they sent it back to MBNA? People are starting to call for my mom does that mean they can sue her? i'm umemployed, out of school with zero assets (no chek acct/ savings) can anything happen to her? she is a homeowner.

also does anyone know this number:210 477 1819 or 207 764 9894???
