Charles Soffar is a Collect America collection agency franchise. They all operate the same way.
They threaten to sue people from Alaska to Florida from an office in Texas,
but they never actually sue anybody anywhere. They also lie, harass, abuse, embarrass, and generally violate every section of the FDCPA.
This SC attorney was reprimanded by the for similar Collect America abuses.
