Last week I recieved arbitration papers from Wolpoff and Abramson and on Monday I sent the refusal of arbitration letter to W&A via CRRR. I also sent a copy to the NAF. Now today I get a letter from the NAF that the documents I sent are "deemed deficient" because they did not include proof of service to all parties as is reguired by Rule 6. What is proof of service? The green card I am supposed to get from W&A? I haven't gotten it and what if they don't send it back. NAF gives me until Aug. 11 and after that the case will be appointed to an arbitrator. Next step?
