I made payment arrangments with a CA over a doctors bill as soon as I sent in the 1st payment a couple of days later I got a letter stating that that type of payment is not good enough a month and what previous payments I had with the creditor are no longer valid. But the thing is that I made a payment arrangment with the CA over the phone. What can I do? Also what is the law in NC in recording telephone call between me and the CA?
