The first thing you need to do is to stop acting on impulse and reacting to ANY collection calls. DO NOT EVER call or contact someone from an internet SPAM on this forum or ANY forum who says they will "help", they are likely scam artists, or worse, CA data miners. Depending on your State, you are probably past the legal collection time on your accounts. You DO NOT "re-set" the SOL by paying anyone after a charge-off. Get your credit reports, indivisually, NOT from a "3 in 1" or "credit monitoring" site. Scroll down in this forum, look for the post "Newcomers Please Read", go to my website linked there. Go to the link marked "opt out and report fraud". Call the # and Opt Out. You do NOT have to do BK, you DO NOT need any "so called" repair person or organization. You can fix your credit YOURSELF. Besides saving a LOT of $$ and a LOT of grief, educating yourself and repairing your own problems will help you psychologically, as you will be in control of your own life.
