Credit is shot from HomeQ Corp!

I'm in the process of refinancing my home. I've went to several banks, but I've been turned down because my mortgage company HomeQ is telling the bank that I own more than I borrowed. I pay my mortgage on time for seven years now, but nothing came off. Other banks say that my house isn't worth that value to pay them off. I'm also being charge double taxes, I pay my own taxes and fire insurance, but someone is getting payed twice, either my county or HomeQ. I'm getting late fees added to my mortgage before the 16 day grace period.
I would love to sue this company for the mess they got me into. Ruining my credit, heath, and family. I feel that these people are putting in the monkey wrench when other banks contact them. Can anyone please help?
I seen everyone on this case; Lawyers, Local government agencies, FBI, Federal Trade Commission, and "Hillary Clinton" my NY State Senator. They all say one thing, "You have a case, but I can't help you." Is there anyone out there who can please help?
