The sheriff has tried several attempts to deliver arbltrs from W&A, we weren't at home. He has now left a note on the door if we do not pick up arbltr, futher action will occur. What futher action can they take to deliver the papers or is this a scare tactic? Can they cross over counties to deliver papers at your job?
