Not likely that they will sue you, although they will threaten to take legal action. CAs lie and threaten, it is the way they do business. IF (I don't think they will) they report this account to the CRAs, you can dispute it off as obsolete. That would be the time to call a consumer attorney. www.naca.net Send them the SOL letter from Why Chat's web site. DON'T TALK TO THEM. The phone is their tool, take it away from them.
