What the heck does this mean?

I just got my transunion credit report in the mail....there are two seperate accounts with seperate collection agencies that reads like this

open account
collection agency/attorney
individual account

The other reads the same.....does this mean they are about to sue?....I checked both where I live now and where I lived when I opened the account and there is no court record at all in either place
