MBNA was reporting my husband's account on my
Equifax report for a year before I caught it. Equifax kept
verifying it and so I contacted MBNA and asked them
about it. They said it should not have been reported
and took it right off. I recently found a lawsuit where
they had been sued for doing this to consumers. Hope
