class action lawsuit against First USA

I got a paper in the mail today that says..

plantiff-Daniel Edelist vs. First USA Bank

any card holder who had accounts with First usa from Oct 9,1999-April 15,2004 can be included in this lawsuit.

Here's a summary of what it's about-

First USA -- improper practices of charging overlimit fees under certain circumstances

settlement fund-create a settlement of fund of $7million

Since my account is closed w/ an overbalance-their supposed to subtract any overlimit fees they placed on my balance. Hmm..wonder if that will really happen.

Interesting to read. I was a card holder of theirs from mid 1990's til it charged off in 2003.(with a limit of $25,000) $10,000 was what was charged off after my divorce.
I have another account with them for only $1,000 that they closed. and haven't paid on in 2months because I can't keep up with their overlimit fees.
