Should I send the DV letter? If I don't they may just file suit right? Their lawyers aren't even in my state, they are in Ohio. I wonder if they are licensed to practice in my state? Palisades is licensed in my state.

If what they sent is their case, it is a joke and won't hold up in an Indiana court under Spears v. Brennan.
