If these lawyers are not in your state, they as far as I know, they have to give this to an attorney in your state. This sounds more like a CA than an attorney.

I have said many times, there is a lot of psychology in debt collection. Just my opinion, but this sounds like a ploy to scare you into calling them and settling.

Ohio is a tenants by the entirety state, if that helps. They can garnish wages under the right circumstances and if they know where you work, if you do work at all.
