I have considered BK, but I only have a few things that are bad on my CR due to a past loss of employment and a divorce. The rest of my credit once these things are past the 7 years is in perfect shape so I hate to file a BK. I am current on everything else.

I am in IN and they are in Ohio. I am on unemployment right now so they couldn't garnish anyway.
