Have been reading and seems a lot of people have been dealing with these people. Can anybody give me a best guess as to how long I have after the whole arbitration process before they sue if they are going to? I sent the refusal to arbitrate letter and everything, but I don't hold much hope for that. I have thought about BK because this isn't my only problem but I need time to figure stuff out. I would really rather not have someone show up at my door or God forbid my work with a summons for me.
