You will be informed that they got an arbitration award against you FIRST. Then, if they are going to sue........that would be a very uncomfortable feeling, thinking they might show up at work to serve you a summons.

If this is really that stressful, and I think it would be VERY STRESSFUL (the work part) than I think you might need to consider bk now. It is peace of mind (for whatever it's worth)
