I posted earlier about being worried about receiving a summons and you're right it is VERY STRESSFUL! I have every intention of filing for BK, I am currently paying almost 1K on CC debt a month right now and that is without the money I owe MBNA that W&A took over. The problem is, I have used two of the CC in the last month, one to buy contacts for the kids and the other to buy gas (it is a Texaco gas card). I have been reading that you have to wait 90 days before you can file if you have been using the cards, and I am really worried that W&A is going to move on me before then. Can I file for BK and not put those two cards down? I am laying awake at night worrying about this.
