Well, what I am trying to figure out is what I should do. If I don't dispute, will they file a lawsuit against me? Should I send the DV letter?
I thought if they threatened a lawsuit, it is a violation if they don't follow through.

I am worried that if I ignore it they will file a real lawsuit. Any opinions on how to proceed from here is appreciated.
