My experience has been that W & A will not respond to any requests for anything. They know that without doing anything more than submitting your account to the National Arbitration Forum, 99.9% of the time the Forum will find in their favor. After all W & A are paying the Forum $250 per hour. Why would they not get a ruling in their favor. The Forum depends on them for their existence.
