Thanks, Why Chat. This sort of thing is getting kind of old. The Ex claims that *his* CR is clear of this TL. I positively refuse to pay a charge that was totally his and discharged in his Bk. (This isn't the only one, just the first that responded to my dispute as the OC.)

Looks like I've got a bit of writing to do this week. :)
