CAs always threaten to "send it to legal" that means absolutely nothing. only a small % of these cases actually do go to court.

NC is a tenants by the entirety state, that means if these are individual debts, and you own a home with your spouse, they can not touch your home.

Actually, it is not as easy for them to seize your property as they would have you believe.

Truth is your you may be legally judgment proof.

PLEASE REMEMBER, YOU HAVE A LOT OF RIGHTS. CAs don't want you to know your rights, and they like to threaten and scare people into sending them money that they are not legally entitled to.

ARE YOU SURE, the account is within the SOL. When was the last time you paid the ORIGINAL CREDITOR BEFORE THE ACCOUNT BECAME DELIQUENT?

I was sued on an account that was actually passed the SOL, and I didn't know. Bk could be an option for you too.
