From last week

i have a capital one Charge-off that I recently disputed. It is still in the SOL. Northland Group has restarted calling about collection efforts and whatnot It has been in collections for about 3 years and is for about $1000. I don't know what to do. I have received a letter, so shoudl I ask for validation or just ignore their collection atempts?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
