what state are you in? i would ignore them. dont ask for validation in SOL if you know its yours. just my 2 cents:) who are you disputing with? northland? agencies? if so, they cant collect (but they can sue) until they validate it, which wont happen. they will simply pass you on to another CA. cap1 doesnt have to validate. if the dispute was another CA, they just passed it along. i dont know what you mean by "dispute". with a credit agency? it will simply come back verified. in SOL, disputing a account truly yours just wakes up the CAs. they know you care about your credit and will now come for blood. i would quit messing with it for awhile and let it alone.
