Okay this is the Question did they send u a letter with the payment agreement , that stated what you will be paying on a monthly basis and when due? IF so then they have to go by what the letter says, if not then cll them back and negoiate something that works for u. Ask for what u want and see if u can get it, always get letter and pay as agreed ,if something comes up cll and make argements w your CA. Things may be good , after paying Always get a Paid in FUll Letter
