If you do NOT dispute it, it will stick like glue and you will be harrassed by the scum scam collection agency. Dispute it as fraudulent entry, not mine, no such account for this amount with this creditor. File a complaint on line with the FTC against National City for violations of the FDCPA and the FCRA. If it is appearing on your daughter's account also, she should do the same.
