this dont ring right to me

this doesnt ring right to me. they paid a server for a arb letter? i dont think so. and no way would it be ugly on solely arbitration..sorry, something is fishy here. it may be a summons for a suit tho. sure they can serve at work..which will cost more to use a diff process server since that was a sheriff thing. it wasnt the real sheriff.(no sheriff will be bothered doin that)..maybe a deputy..more likely a constable. and no way will a arb get ugly. they cant be served, they simply send it back to the people wanting it served or its published in a local paper. more likely , they will find him and serve him wherever he is..micky d's ...etc. also you need to send a refusal of arbitration letter to w and a. summons expire in 30 days, is all. costs extra to re -do them. tell em where he is and send em over there. lol. how do you know what was in it? you couldnt sign for it anyways, unless its in your name also. must be served to the person named.
