It's definitely the sheriff in my county. He served me my arbitration papers from W&A, but he said I cannot sign for my husbands, since it is out of state. The sheriff also told me, if my husband doesn't get his papers soon, it will get ugly. I don't know if this is just the sheriff getting tired of coming to our house or what? The sheriff also said that after they send us the papers via FedEX (which they did already), they use him to serve us the papers to prove in court we received them. HELP!!! What's next?
