The only thing that seems to weird to be a lawsuit, is that she says that W&A are out of her state, don't they generally have to use an Atty in your state to sue? I recieved arb. papers from W&A,airborne exp. just left them on my door steps one day, did not have to sign for them or anything, I just don't see them using a "law-offical" to serve abr. papers. Of course I had been reading this sight so I knew what my next step was.
