We received the papers via FedEx, first we did not have to sign for them, they left them at our front door. Now the deputy sheriff has delivered me my papers, and told me that he could not let me sign for my husbands, because it is out of state. He also said that if my husband doesn't get his, it will get ugly. He said, they are using him to prove that we signed for them when it goes to court. We just found out about this website, so we are trying to find out what to do!!!
