He told you they were using him to prove you got served your papers???? If they want proof that you got your papers, I am pretty sure they could just send it to you through airborne express or certified mail so you have to sign for it, that would be proof enough I would think. I am with Jkelly, make sure this guy is legit, get his name and call the local sheriffs dept.!!! Also reread what he gave you is it an arbitration ltr, or it is notifing you that they have been awarded arbitirion against you. This board has helped me, I know it will help you too. W & A are a pain in the butt.
