I recently received a notice of arbitration letter from W&A. I told them I was trying to borrow money from my parents to pay before it went to National Arbitration. The "paralegal" I spoke to said that I owed an additional $1200. in legal fees, etc. Wouldn't the additional monies be dependent on the arbitration outcome?
