then call his boss and complain. nothing will get ugly if he cant serve him.unless its a court summons or warrant for something else. .since he knows his location already, he isnt hiding..tell his boss you dont appreciate his threats. and then tell that ones boss. altho some think they are john wayne. everyone has a boss. call, and go pick up the letter. then write CRRR and refuse arbitration. keep it all for records and court. never heard of them paying money to have a arb letter done...there are a LOT of deputies...dont freak.
