The worst that can happen would be if you were served at an old address, and they got a default judgment and you didn't know it.

They will not be able enforce a judgment against you as long as you are in Mexico. (child care or alimony would be another story) But, if you ever decided to return to America, it could be a problem.

I would say that, for right now anyway, you most definitely are judgment proof.

Chances are very good however, since they really will not be able to locate you, that you will never be sued. That's just my 2 cents.
